I would like to track billable hours on cases and invoice a client each month for billable hours. Researching, it seems the best way to do this is with entitlements. I have entitlements working, but I can't find any documentation that will link the entitlement case hours to billable time on an invoice in D365 Sales Enterprise. Any ideas?
Hi patrickhurt,
Maybe you can refer following link:

Hi patrick
Did you found a solution how to solve that? We are currently facing the same issue, and looking for a solution to solve them.
