I have an urgent error in Dynamics 365 where I am getting this error in Queue mailbox alerts :-
An error occurred while creating the incoming email
An error occurred while creating the incoming email "Subject with Case Id and Tracking Id" in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the mailbox "Mailbox Name"
The problem was it would work for some but for some it would throw this error.
any help will be appreciated.
PS: - The queue is enabled and mailbox approved.
