I'm getting this one user. It was after copying comanies that gave an error.. Other users are able to login except for the main user ..

    all is well now after staying out for sometime.

    the user login finally reset itself after staying out of it for sometime. all is well now. thanks for reaching out.

    Hello Roody,

    Not sure I understand "copying companies"? What exactly was done. If you created a new company then you would have to give that user rights to the new company.
