Hi All

I am using GP 2010. I have enabled analytical accounting also. When I am making transaction in Payable Transaction Entry window ,select the account and click on analytical window icon, analytical window is not opening for account and stating that " There are no distribution accoutns linked to an accounting class". While if same account is opened from finance > General , analytical window is opening. Any idea. Analytical class is already linked with this account.

Note that no customization is running.

This issue is not necessarily related to the Accounting class as you stated. Actually, there are five possible causes for this issue which are thoroughly illustrated in the KB Article ID: 2535754

You do need to have SQL knowledge in order to go through the possible causes and apply the resolutions.
