Price Lists

Posted on by

Hi

Using GP V10.0 standard pricing - is it possible to have users have an option on what price list to pick at the time of creating an Fulfilment Order ?

Hi, maybe I don't understand fully, but I'll have a go.

The Price Level can be defaulted from the Debtor Card. When you set up an item, you define its price list. If you have more han one price list, each must be defined seperately for an item.

Whe you enter a fulfillment order, GP checks what is the default for that customer, and finds the equivalent price from the items price lists.

However, if you expand the order line, you can select a different Price List. So in this way you have an option to overide thesystem selected price list with another. (When you expand the ordr line, the current chosen price list is displayed in the middle right of the line expansion window, you can overwrite this value / select a new one from a look up).

    Hope this helps.
