Stopped parameter in site specific order settings not working

Posted on by 155

Hi Experts,

In view released product details > plan > site specific order settings > inventory > stopped, when an item is unchecked it wont lift all stopping functions for several hours/days. This will temporarily prevent several functions including receiving, invoicing, moving in inventory, etc.

please advised. Thank you

    Hi Enen,

Can you check if the cachelookup property on the tables InventItemSalesSetup and InventItemInventSetup do have the default value (FoundAndEmpty)?

Have you tried to refresh the caches? Go to the Development workspace (AOT) Then choose Tools > Caches > Refresh data.
