Is it possible to do the Microsoft Dynamics 365 app for outlook customization on dev environment and push this on the next environment till the production.
i am missing custom entities from the dynamics 365 App for outlook.
as we know that we are asked for the server side synchronization so will it work correctly.
Try to do it.
I believe there should be no problem.
There is one trouble the next environment is upgraded to 9.0 version and currently Dev is on 8.2 version.

As long as the other environment is in sync with your dev, you can oush all your customization to different environment.

Yes, You can configure outlook for Dev environment.
Once you are done with dev, you can reconfigure to UAT. you can get more details at below links:
