Advanced Similarity Rule entities in Customer Service Hub

Hello Everyone,

I have a requirements to replicate Advanced Similarity Rule entities in customer service hub but I am not able see this entity in default solution.

please suggest to solve this problem

    Hi,

    You can review the metadata of this entity as explained above.

    However there are no ready-to-use components to implement same for your custom entity.

    You have to build the functionality either using Flows, Workflows or Plugins.

    We are building a Case Management Application in PowerApps. We are replicating similar case functionality as in customer service hub for this we are using custom case entity.

    please help us achieve the same.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your query.

    As Lu mentioned, Advanced Similarity Rule is not available in the Default solution.

    Entities like Automatic Case Creation Rules and Advanced Similarity Rule are not exposed within the Solution or App Designer.

    If your purpose is to see entity metadata, you can use metadata service and look for "advancedsimilarytrule" entity.

    Or you can use XRM Tool Box's Metadata Browser:

    Furthermore, if you share your requirement, we might able to suggest a better solution.

    Advanced Similarity Rule is not an entity.
