Thanks! That worked for me, except instead of having the workflow run when the phone call was created (that part didn't work) I had the workflow run whenever the "Actual End" field was updated. This seemed to work better on phone calls moving forward. I went through the phone calls from oldest to newest to get the historical dates, and that worked fine also. Thank you very much for your help!
But will creating this workflow take care of all current contacts and autopopulate this "Last Reached" field upon opening a Contact? Or will this only work going forward? For example, before making a new phone call, etc., I just want to look at John Smith's record and see when he was last contacted. Will the field automatically display this historical date after creating a workflow? Also, I would like to run a report to display contacts and their "last reached" dates.
