How to do Merchant Trade in NAV 2016

Merchant Trade - Item will be directly ship to customer without affecting Inventory .

Drop shipment creates a entry in Item ledger entry , value entry and inventory valuation . Without any inventory affect is there any solution

    Use Drop Shipment method to handle your situation  , i think its better

    also if you can tell why you don't want to update for entries and ledger, and what is your expectation , sometimes we can give you better solution

    For direct shipments to your customer there is a drop shipment functionality (please refer here:

    The process depends on whether your items change the ownership. If at some point you became the owner of the items (even for the drop shipment process), you should anyway book them into the system and then write-off.

    If you are not becoming the owner of the item at any point, then you most likely acting as an agent. In this case, you might not even need to book any item operations in your ledger, do you? So the question is - are those items at some point yours?

    In NAV there is Drop shipment functionality.

    Not able to understand why you not want to deduct inventory from system ?

    Not Non Stock Item . Item shipped directly to customer . i have to create Invoice for customer and pay to vendor but stock should not get reflected in ledgers
