How to find System details?

Good morning to all,

Based on contract with partner we purchased Starter pack with builtin users and Extend pack we paid how to find do we use both or not? is this possible to use simultaneously? my system show this please help me!

Best option is to consult your partner, as Extended pack should be present in your license to allow usage of additional functionality. Perhaps, partner needs to re-generate the license.

You can see this information on Customer Source as well.

Please check with your partner for extended pack permissions as those are not currently visible with your license.

Hello,

It should show you extended pack below the starter pack if you have the license, the extended pack provides more advanced functional modules such as warehouse management, manufacturing, supply chain and so on. I don't think your license has the extended pack permissions.
