I created a new Smartlist using Smartlist Builder that shows purchase orders with prepayments. I started with the Purchase Orders Smartlist and linked the Purchase Order Prepayments and Wennsoft PO Integration GP tables to it (we are using the Key2Act 3rd party software). I then created a Favorite with the search criteria to only include purchase orders with a status not equal to "Closed". I created a Reminder for records greater than 0.
When I see the Reminder on my Home Screen, the number of records it displays in the ( ) is not accurate. I have tried to 'Refresh' my Home Page to see if that adjusts the number of records and it does not. When I click on the Reminder it opens the correct Smartlist favorite. The number of records that pull into the Smartlist favorite is accurate.
My user security is set to Power User. I access GP through a VDI.
Why is my Home Page Reminder displaying an incorrect number of records?
