Hi

I am trying to close a work order with consuming component. Even thought there is an inventory QTY with the lot# it is giving this warning. I have this inventory with the lot# in item. I can move this stock with this lot to any bin code.

For lot specified items you need to assign the lot using item tracking lines. If you don't specify the which lot your are using it will give the above information.

Use Item Tracking Lines action.

Select required lot no for transactions from item tracking lines.

yes you can

use : Item Reclass. Journal to change your bin

on your error message its shows you didn't track the item , go to item tracking lines and track the all lot according to the quantity first
