5Hi Microsoft-support,
the "Wave 2 2022"-site redirects to this community to post feedback on the Wave 2 2022 Dynamics update.
- The behaviour of the 'Email a Link' function and 'Share' function was changed for all forms, it was moved to a separate menu on the right hand side of each form
- Although it is a good idea to group these together, it now takes the user multiple steps to achieve the same functionality
- Instead of directly opening the Outlook-compose window when clicking on 'Email a Link' a separate Dynamics-window opens up, where the user can fill out the recipient and a text
- When the user then click on send the Outlook-compose window opens, where the user has to click on 'send' again
- Expected behaviour: directly open the Outlook-compose window when clicking on 'Email a link'
- UX optimization: do not present the same options to the user when an action was already chosen in step 1 (You already choose to either 'Email a link' or 'Copy Link', but these two options are presented to the user again in the pop-up window)
