    That's really weird. I just checked in a test environment, and you are correct that the Price List is not an available option in the action.  It also does not appear in the "Update a Row" action. Only the "Add a new row" gives it as an available option.

    This is so specific it must be intentional. There must be something in the Price List Item table that prevents you from switching an existing record to a different price list. It may be due to the linked currencies or something else, but it looks to be deliberately disabled. I'm guessing you are going to need to update your flow away from the single "Upsert" action to instead have a check for whether it exists and create a branch to create new vs update.

    Kind of a bummer, but the product/price tables are so old in CRM I'm not often surprised that these little things pop up to ruin our day.

    Ahhh Hey @tom That might be the issue the Action doesn't show the required fields until I choose a pricing method.

    Ill try that and report back for now I created a WebAPI call to do the upsert but that's not ideal as I have a dev production environments so going to be fund to switch them :-D

    Price list items are the individual listing of a price for a product based on the price list. The required fields can change based on what pricing method you are using, but the following fields are always going to be required.
    • Lookup to Product {product}
    • Lookup to Price List {pricelevel}
    • Pricing Method option set
    • Lookup to Unit {uom}
    • Quantity Selling Option

    And then whatever pricing method you determine have supporting fields (Amount if you select 'Currency Amount', Percentage if you selected a markup choice, etc.). Whenever doing something like this, I always recommend going into the application itself and creating a few records, so you have a sense of what is required before doing it through Power Automate.

    From the description and Image, I can guess, You also have to fill the Price List column (fields) in the Create/ Update action. This column is required one.

    ---

    Simply, get all (or just one) the price list items first, you will find the price list from it. copy and paste in the action. Remember when you use any lookup column you have to follow a format:
    For example, opportunities( GUID) <-- for opportunity look up
    (it your environment uses one then this method is fine)

    Hope this helps you
