Seeking help from you on the below scenario.
There is an on-premise CRM and on-premise Active Directory in our environment.
Earlier, we have created a user on an active directory with the name Domain\test123 and added the same in CRM also and we checked the user was able to into CRM and the user name is displayed as Domain\test123 in the CRM.
After that, we have edited the user (Domain\test12) in the active directory and kept a new name like Domain\test123456. Now the issue is that with the old users (Domain\test123) not able to login into CRM but when we use the new name Domain\test123456 then we are able to login into CRM, however in the CRM, the still old user display name is appearing(Domain\test123).
As per the Security team, the new user name should be updated automatically in the CRM or CRM should not allow login with a new user name since the old user name is still appearing there.
Please help and let us know is there any that we can sync CRM with the active directory so that if any change happens with the User name its should get updated in the CRM as well.
