How can I stop a process in the middle?

Stopping/Canceling a process is available through the UI only in certain parts of the application such as: Match, Merge, etc.
Whatever page you are visiting, try clicking the process status, which should open a right side panel with details on the process.
In this panel, you may have the option to cancel the process. Click it for performing this task.
If it's not available for your specific page, contact support for this matter: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
