Hi,
As both are already suggested to un-check edit in outlook option.
If you are not able to modify after un-check this option, you should check the functionality is in codeunit ‘9520 – Mail Management’ and table ‘9500 – Email Item’, it all seems straight forward and reusable if required in other areas and/or with modifications.

Remove the Tick Mark for "Edit in Outlook" field in the SendMail window and try
