Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Forum.
The issue with the error message presented is typically caused by one of two general problems:
1. There is a mismatch of different Microsoft Office versions between different users on the system
OR:
2. A version of Microsoft Office is installed that is not currently supported by the Dynamics NAV Version being used.
In order to work through Issue 2, the required Hotfix build for the Version being used would need to be installed on the server and clients to enable useage of the respective Microsoft Office Version.
You would want to contact your partner to review the Version and build information for the intsall and make sure that the Microsoft Office Version being used is supported with the Version of Dynamics NAV that you are running.
