Approve button is gone

Hello.
 
After updating, the approve button is gone. When I try to change the layout, I get it, but it's in italics and disappears when I press /Done/.
 
There is something wrong with /Request Approval/ as well. It disappears occasionally, but other times it is available.

    Perhaps the Order Processor profile has been customized to hide the Request Approval buttons? Try customizing that profile (the profile itself) and see if you can add those buttons.

    Thank you very much. That helped! But I now see that "Request approval" disappears when I select the role "Order processor", but is available in the role "Accountant". Is there anything that can be added to the "Order Processor" role?

    Approve button is gone
    The Approve button is only visible when the document has been sent for approval and the user viewing the page is the approver. Is that the case in your situation? Otherwise, the button is hidden by the system.

    Thanks for suggestions. But did not solve the problem. It happens for all users and all companies. Miscellaneous on "Sales Credit Memo"

    does this happen only to you or other users as well?

    Approve button is gone
    Try to open this page, where the button is missing, and at the top right press Settings and choose Personalize. 
    Then in the Red line that shows on top, on right side there is button Clear Personalization. 
    This should restore all the modifications on this page, back to defaults for this user. 
    Check if then the button is visible again.
