Hi,last year at EMEA they showed an example of AI.Is this demo environment somewhere available? or easy to build on my own?

It depends what you actually want to try out.For the already built-in AI (Sales/Inventory Forecast, Image Recognition etc.) you can use the CRONUS database. There is enough data available.For everything else and bespoke AI, you have to collect/create your own data.

do I need an Azure Account or something else to use this built-in functionalities?

This depends on the function you want to use (and the BC version onprem/cloud).
E.g. for the onprem Inventory Forecast you need an Azure Account and must create a Model in Azure ML studio.
