We created a Store Database at our Headquarters, exported it to a backup. Then we restored that datbase backup to the store Locatation - however we get the following message when loggin into Store Operations Manager at the store: The current registered database not appear to be initialized

Thanks for reply. Looks like it was an error with the HQ database export. I tried again last night and everything worked perfectly.
to answer your questions though: cashier table was not empty. SQL Collation is SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS
