Currency Code error while registering customer payments?

I have customers setup with two additional currency codes (EUR & USD) other than local currency. When i try to register payments for customers with EUR or USD  currency codes i get the error shown in screenshot. Before the latest release from Microsoft i never faced this error. Please guide what i can do to make my life easy again. Thanks!
