Disappear attachment file from task - Dynamic CRM 2015

Hello everyone,

I face a problem on crm 2015 when i want to attach file on a task. First of all, i create a task and i save it. When i go to attach a file in notes section all is good, i can attach file without any problem. When i go to close the task or finish the task or convert the task to opportunity the attach file seems to disappear from notes section and notes section seems to be stuck on loading.

Any help?

    Hi

    I have tried on IE, Chrome and Edge on the following version of 2015, and the attachment is still there even after its converted to an opportunity.

    I would check if there are any plugins or workflows or Flow may be moving attachments to Sharepoint or deleting an attachment from task. If you do advance find on notes, you should be able to find out what's going on with the notes.

    Could you please check the notes and its association from advanced find. This shouldn't happen. I tried in CRM online and no issues. Try to trace the attachment from advanced find.

    Only on the task entity! Yes i have tried to installing the latest update rollup for CRM 2015 but it does not make any difference.

    Hello,

    Does this happen for other entities as well or only the task entity?

    Have you tried installing the latest update rollup for CRM 2015 from www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx ? Does that make any difference?
