I am able to display the cross-reference item # on sales order line items, but when I preview the PDF it displays the regular item #. When I try to modify the word template of the report, the cross-reference item # does not show up as a field to add from the XML.

    Please disregard. After exporting the report layout again the field was there.

    Hi Drew, sounds like a custom report mod to me. The table won't be available in that report so needs to be developed to bring it in. Let me know whether it's something you want to talk through
