Customer aging report cannot be opened

Hi dears,

When I run customer aging report today, I met with error - The menu item with name custaging_cn could not be opened, as the first picture.

The setting is as the second picture, since format mapping is empty so I did not choose it.

    This is a Chinese specific report. Are you operating in a environment / company that has China specified as legal entity/address?

    Hello Caroline,

    Thank you for your update and feedback.

    I quickly had a look at LCS and found a couple of related issues but nothing for the cust aging report cn.

    Do you have a developer around who might be able to help you getting this fixed.

    Alternatively, I would recommend that you try to replicate the issue in a different demo/test environment. If you can replicate it then open a new support request with MS as this issue might be caused by a bug.
