Alignment of Rows with multiple columns using spacers

I have a form entity where a section uses 3 columns. Some rows have all 3 columns, whereas some has only 2 and some has only 1. For those that do not have all 3 columns, I insert a spacer into the empty spaces to try to align each of the rows, however, when viewer them outside of the form designer they are not aligned properly.
Is there a way to make the spacer automatically resize to fit the row or to align them to the bottom of the row?

Most probably not. What you see is what you get with the designer, I came cross many alignment issues in the past.

I would remove the spacers and let the new UI adjust as designed.
