Hi, our new user experiences this error every time she goes to Note and tries to attach a file from her local desktop. This happens on her IE and Google Chrome. Please advise, thank you!

Thanks Nithya. We decided to use "Add File" on the entity instead of from Note. This one works.

Have you given the security role for the new user to create the annotation entity?
