    Hi,

Can you please answer the following questions:

    1. Does both users have the same permission sets or not?

    2. Is there any customization done for specific user?

    3. Both users has different License/Role or same?

If my answer was helpful to you, please verify it so that other users know it worked. Thank you very much

Have you tried to review the "effective permissions" for both users ?

    Hi

Yann suggestion also can help here.

My suggestion is to make sure the user that has an issue is logged out. Then remove all permission from that user. Then try to login with that user which you will receive an error message. Then go back and assign all permissions identical to other user to this user and try. I mean if you did not try this already.

Hi, maybe Microsoft added some code in table 9222.

    You should note that:
Table Data: The data in the table.
    Table: Program in Table

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
