    Tek permission set ile yapacağın şey şu: Permission Sets’ten o permission set’i aç → Permissions’ta Sales Header (gerekirse Sales Line) satırında Security Filter tanımla → alan olarak Salesperson Code seç → her satışçıya kendi Salesperson Code’u atanmış olacak şekilde kullanıcıları ayarla; böylece sistem satış siparişlerini kayıt seviyesinde filtreler ve kullanıcılar listelerde/ekranlarda sadece kendi Salesperson Code’una bağlı satış siparişlerini görür, diğerleri görünmez (Microsoft’un önerdiği yöntem “security filters” ile kayıt bazlı kısıtlama).

    Hi,
     
    This is not possible. Basically you need to provide a fixed filter value in the Security Filter for this to work. So you do need to create 3 permission set. However as suggested by YUN ZHU, if you use Responsibility center, user will be able to see the record of that responsibility center which is assigned to them in Approval user setup.
