While one check batch in GP must have one checkbook, you can create a batch per checkbook and then use Mekorma's Multi-Batch Print and Post product to print multiple batches at the same time: mekorma.com/.../index.html
Agreed With Frank. Another question is that how you will control printing? If more than one checkbook in one batch?

No can do out of the box with GP. The checkbook is selected in the Check batch and you can only select one per batch. Not sure if there's a 3rd party product out there that supports this.
