I have made some region-specific changes to the numbers and date. However, the POS is always following MM/DD/YYYY format. The same with currency decimals. Did anyone come across the same issue? Am I missing any configuration?
I never found any documentation, but after testing (in D365) with different languages on the store, that was the conclusion.
It was posted as an idea for MS, that there should be a parameter for date format, and that it shouldn't be decided by the store's language. Because when language was changed, all product names disappeared.
Thank you for the valuable information. Any official documentation is available on this matter?
Can we raise it as a a bug as it is a regression from AX 2012 EPOS.
Date format is decided by the language set on the store. I wanted e.g. DD/MM/YYYY on receipts, and the store is set to EN-US, then a customized field was needed on the receipt format.
