Unsubscribed Contacts Need to Be Marked as Do Not Allow Emails

Hello,
 
Using Real-Time. When a contact unsubscribes from all communications, it updates the preference centre to show them as opted out, but it is not changing their Bulk Email field to 'Do Not Allow'.
 
How can I get the system to change the bulk email to 'do not allow', when the contact clicks unsubscribe from the preference centre?

    To ensure that the “Bulk Email” field is set to “Do Not Allow” when a contact unsubscribes from all communications in Dynamics 365, you can use Power Automate to create a flow that updates this field based on the unsubscribe action.
