Dear All,
We have production environment which have consumed storage steadily(ActivityPointerBase and PrincipalObjectAccess). However, without doing anything from our side (eg. Bulk Deletion), the storage is reduced dramatically. Is there a way to check which have caused this? Is there a way to reduce the storage for ActivityPointerBase and PrincipalObjectAccess?
Any help would be appreciated.

The decrease in these two components may be related to email, and furthermore, to the large email attachments.
Usually, our solution is to migrate it to another place like SharePoint.
