New and Missing Toggle Buttons

Hi:

Since yesterday, I have noticed that there are (a) additional toggle buttons and (b) missing toggle buttons in Business Central.  

Although I noticed this recent behavior in Edge, at least one person is reporting this problem in Chrome as well.

Does anyone know what's going on?

    This is a known issue and MS said they will deploy hotfix soon. Please see below.
