Hi, maybe you can use the following standard report report.

    Customer payment receipt: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicsnav-2016/hh178990(v=nav.90)?redirectedfrom=MSDN

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

Hmm.. In this case, how do we trace back which receipt was being applied to which invoice?

Since we can no longer search via Applied Customer Entries when it is closed?

Sometimes, my accounts will apply one receipt to two invoices, which unless you navigate deep into Applied Customer entries, I think you have no clear way to know.

    Hi Josh,

Apply Entries button only let you allow to apply entries which are opened, and Applied entries only will show you what's been applied after Apply entries button.

    Thanks.

    Hi Nitin,

Is there another way to get in? I want to see what entries were being applied. When I selected the Apply Entries at Customer ledger entries, it doesn't allow me to go in and navigate deeper.

In other instances, I should have this..

    Hi Josh,

This page easily from Customer Ledger entries > Applied Entries.

But if you are trying to look this page from NAV RTC global search its not available there, instead if you have access of Development environment, you can go and search Page ID 61 from object designer.

    Thanks
