We are trying to install the GP 2010 web services on a Windows Server 2012 R2 OS and we are encountering an error "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Interop.Security.AzRoles, Version=1.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf385ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified'.
Has anybody encountered this issue?
We would highly appreciate your assistance,

Have you tried to install eConnect before doing the WS install? Also are you using the latest installation media for GP 2010? What build of GP 2010 are you on?

Please note that we have already registered the Microsoft.interop.security.azroles.dll and also tried to install the latest service pack but unfortunately we kept encountering the same error during the web services installation.
Have you ever encountered this issue before?
Register the Microsoft.interop.security.azroles.dll file with following below Microsoft KB article.
