Unable to access Business Central with External Accountant Credentials

Hi all,

In our organization we use Dynamics 365 Business Central and we are having some problems trying to give access our external accountant outside our organization. We followed "Invite External Accountant" wizard and everything seems OK. However, when he received the invite and clicked on the link provided in the email, the typical Microsoft login windows appears. Trying to login with same email was configured in the wizard in Business Central (by the way, it is a gmail account) an error says that provided email is personal and you need to login with a valid work or school email address.

Searching in AAD everything seems OK. External Accountant appears as a guest user with a valid Dynamics 365 Business Central External Accountant and with the invite accepted. Any suggestion about what are the credentials - user and password - our accountant should use to login? He has not received any additional email with credentials or password.

I managed to repro your customer scenario and I'm reporting internally. Please contact your CSP provider to create a service request with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central TECH team and I'll take it over .
