Is it possible to customise and format the quote that is generated using the export to pdf option in Dynamics Sales?

    Hi Lewis Baybutt,

     Based on the doc, the PDF file is generated by using a standard Word template from your organization. So you could  customize it by uploading the work template. Please refer to this blog:

    rocketcrm.co.uk/.../
