We got this email from a student: “I am having trouble exporting Smart Lists to Excel. I am using Internet Explorer 11 and have Microsoft Office 2016. The data will not export to Excel no matter how I manipulate the data. I even tried using Office 365 and it still shows a blank screen in Excel with no data imported. This is a screen shot of the error Microsoft Dynamics is showing me:”
We could get back to him fast enough over the weekend, but he was able to figure it out on his own.
I was finally able to get it to work by setting Excel as a default program for the file types.
Thanks for your ‘help’
