As we still have some customers running on Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, we wanted to put a reminder out that Extended Support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 ends on October 10th, 2017.
What this means is, while the end of Mainstream Support means no design changes or feature requests as well as year-end or tax updates, the end of Extended Support means that there is no longer any paid support (per-incident, per hour or other) for this version of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
The following documentation goes over this more in detail:
Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016 R2 and Year-End Update: Lifecycle and Upgrade Serviceshttps://community.dynamics.com/gp/b/dynamicsgp/archive/2016/10/04/microsoft-dynamics-gp-2016-r2-and-year-end-update-lifecycle-and-upgrade-services
We'll also have the 'Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 and Year-End Update Upgrade Blog Series' coming out beginning October 3rd, 2017, so look for those blogs as well.
If you're currently on Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, we'd highly recommend start planning now to get upgraded to a newer version of Microsoft Dynamics GP, so that you're not finding yourself in a non-supported environment.
Thank you and Happy upgrading!!
