Technical error when attempting to download Dynamics GP releases

Hi all.

We are attempting to download GP2018 release from customer source.

We are able to login into Customersource, navigate to GP downloads.

All downloads show as being locked and when we click on them we receive message that we must be logged into Customer soure which we are.

If we click we get message Technical Error and deactivate webparts with no success.

Thanks in advance for your assistance with this matter.

Try a different browser. I have never seen a message about a file being locked. Are you sure you are on CustomerSource?

Jean, one think to point out, is when you first logged into Customer Source, if it asked you to link your account with your Organizational account, skip this.

When you link them, for some reason you lose the ability to download files.
