Hello all, Has anyone run into the issue where the Year End Employee Wage Report is different then the Earnings Summary "U.S. Payroll" Report. I would think it would be just a reconcile on payroll on which tables not exactly sure but we already ran the Year end window to generate the file and don't want to mess anything up. We had a payroll issue in Nov. some we eventually got figured out but now I am wondering if anything else was missed in another table. TIA
We reconcile the Yr End Wage Rpt to our 941's, and in the past before the HIRE Act this was always a good reconciliation. Have you always been able to reconcile these two things in the past? Other possible differences in the numbers could be nontaxable benefits such as insurance deductions or something like AFLAC.
