In GP anytime I go to attach a PDF I receive the following error

"Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client."

WIndows 7 ult 64bit

Microsoft Outlook 64bit

Has to be something on the machine. Others can use this feature.

Is there a specific reason you're using the 64-bit version of Outlook?  We've run into compatibility issues between GP and this version.  You might try uninstalling the 64-bit version and installing the 32-bit version and see if that helps your issue.

I believe we only have the 64 bit version unless there is a feature on the install that you can choose to make it 32 bit.

Unless I missed it, you don't say what version of GP you are using. GP 2010 only works with Outlook 32-bit. Starting with GP 2013 you can use Outlook 64-bit.

oh, I am sorry we are using GP 2010.

Unless I missed it, you don't say what version of GP you are using. GP 2010 only works with Outlook 32-bit. Starting with GP 2013 you can use Outlook 64-bit.
