What exactly is the criteria for building the year-end wage tables? We have around 8000 employees total in one company and around 3400 of them had income and tax withholdings. The others have 0 wages/withholdings arcross the board but they are still showing up in my year-end wage file table (UPR10101). The employees are still marked as active so I'm guessing that is why.

Can I just remove the records from the table that have $0 values? When I go to print the W-2s I want to print all at one time and I do not want to print W-2s for employees with $0 wages/withholdings.
