How to Automatically Send Customer Statements?

Hello!

I have been able to send  individual Customer Statements from GP, however, I would love to know if there is a way that at once I could send automatically the statements to all clients with overdue accounts ?

Good day Maylin,

GP is able to send statements to multiple clients at once,  as long as the email addresses have been entered in the customer card and the option to email statements is ticked.

You need to ensure your version of GP and Office is compatible and a genuine version of Adobe.

I am not sure how 'automatic' you mean though.

If you want to send statements to customer with only single click instead of selecting each customer and hitting send email button then you need a custom form with send statement functionality which can be developed in dexterity/VSTools.
