We ran Reporting Tools Setup for GP 2010 R2 (11.00.2044) to deploy the SSRS reports to SQL 2005 Reporting Services. The "reports" deployed successfully for our production company and the TWO company; however the "Charts and KPIs" failed to deploy for both companies. This is causing an error message to appear when navigation lists (e.g. Purchasing>>Vendors) are selected from w/in GP because the Business Analyzer component used by the navigation list cannot find the Charts and KPIs folder and its contents. Any ideas?
The charts and KPIs leverage Report Builder 3.0 which is a feature of SQL Server 2008.

I wanted to add the following to Mike's response. He is correct in the SRS 2008 requirement. So you are clear, you need not upgrade completely to SQL 2008. You can leave your database engine with SQL 2005 and simply install an instance of SQL 2008 reporting services. This could be an easier short term solution if you don't wish to completely upgrade to a new version of SQL Server.
