Does anyone know how to get the Parent Customer ID (Corporate Customer ID) on a SOP Blank Invoice form?
Add the RM Customer MSTR table to the report and just drag the field out. This report has a 'page header' and a 'report header', make sure you are putting the field in the right place. You really need to put it in both places, but bear in mind that the first page of an invoice is the 'report header' not the 'page header.'
The 'page header' is on top in report writer, so move down a section to get to the 'report header'.
A relationship already exists between the customer address master and the rm customer master, so you should not have any problems adding that table to the report.
I can get the corporate customer ID.
Can you tell me how do we get the Corporate Customer Name, Address, City, State and Zip on the SOP Blank Inv form.
Do you have a way to get the Corporate Customer Name and Address on the SOP Blank Invoice form?
Did you ever figure out a way to do this? If so, I would appreciate some guidance as we are trying to do the same thing.
Tomorrow I am posting a method to do this with the Support Debugging Tool on my blog. Stay tuned!
I finally got around to a solution to this issue. Take a look at my article dynamicsgpblogster.blogspot.com/.../how-to-display-parent-company.html for more information.
