Sorry for the late reply. After deep search we decided to go with ClickOnc. We had a meeting yesterday with the It department and we tried to fallow your video regarding the mass installation. I would like to really thank you a lot for taking the time to provide such powerful easy to understand video.
After we followed you video, we were able to install the Cliclkonc from the Default XML page. the problem is that when we open the setup we got this error:

* The activation of C: \ inetpub \ wwwroot \ ClickOnceNAV90 \ ProductionDeployment.application resulted in an exception. The following error messages were detected:
+ Exception when reading the manifest from 'file: /// C: /inetpub/wwwroot/ClickOnceNAV90/ProductionFiles/NAV90.Production.exe.manifest': The manifest may be invalid or the file could not be opened.
+ The application manifest is semantically invalid.
+ The specified specification is invalid. Verify that the path to the entry point is well-formed and that the entry point exists in the deployment.
We tried everything possible to solve this issue but we had no luck at all. Can you please provide us with some hints how can we solve this?
1. What ClickOne limitations do you worry about?
2. Network speed between Citrix Server and NAV Server is normally fast as they can be in same office, or using lease line ... However ClickOne NAV Client is ok as it has been designed and upgraded to work over the internet (from NAV 2013 with 3 tiers).

I are thinking about deploying the ClickOne Solution, but I am little worried about ClickOne limitation. Regarding your point about Data Transfer, do you mean that with Citrix it is father than ClickOne?
