I have numerous budgets by dimension (cost centre) to upload into NAV 2016. I can import the first cost centre budget using the import/export function and the dimension/cost centre appears ok. However since all my cost centres are on separate worksheets if I try and upload a new cost centre using Add Entries it imports fine but all dimension data does not import.
Any suggestions how to get round this?
The purpose of "Add Entries" option in Import function is to add the budget entries from Microsoft Excel to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
So it will not import new cost centers into Dynamics NAV.
To add Cost Centers in Dynamics NAV you can go manually and create a dimension directly in Dynamics NAV.
